This company is the worst reality company in the country their website says leading the world and they are in three states. Simply stating zero stars would be the rating for Reece Nichols real estate. When they signed the mortgage for my home they used a different birthdate than what my birthdate actually is. When I asked them to change this while trying to sign the paperwork work they said don't worry about that we will fix it later. Is that the same as the bloody floor and black mold that was hidden under your newly remodeled rental property. This company is very dishonest and disrespectful! The company operates under a principle of achieving their own goals above the customers and they will stop at nothing to achieve this even rewriting laws that carry the same implications when they break the law, cite Missouri Statute 570.140 and 570.145.
