A longtime friend of mine who left this practice due to unreturned or long overdue phone calls told me over the years how little attention and follow up was received by Dr. Skinner. It felt as if the doctor simply picked the easiest diagnosis for a complex problem that ended up necessitating other physicians for treatment. Then, after engaging the services of another doctor, the medical records were requested. The response to the new internist: “No record”. Unbelievable and unacceptable.
I was impressed with everything about Dr. Skinner. Her wonderful personality. Her warmth, her really listening to me, she took her time answering my questions so I fully understood her. I have never come away from a doctors appointment feeling so good. I feel blessed to have found her.
I found Edwina to be very kind and thorough. She is very knowledgeable and was able to resolve my illness while I felt other doctors brushed it off. She acted quickly and I was feeling better within days.

I developed an issue that I felt needed medical attention. Dr. Skinner made time for an appointment to see me on the same day I needed to see her. My appointment was via Zoom. The doctor was professional, personable, and attentive to my concerns. She addressed my issues and encouraged me to call her back if the medications she ordered for me did not provide resolution of the issue. I would return to see her again, without hesitation.
