I recommend everyone to come to iCare Medical Group. The providers and staff are all so nice. They help me with my questions about medication and authorizations (Sharon helped me do authorization for medication and it got approved very fast, she is reliable). The front desk are also super friendly! 10/10
The staff are very supportive, and the treatments are very well personalized. The providers here are very patient and professional. Especially thank you Tim and Dr.Yau. Before my A1c was very high 7+, but now the level is 5.9 almost back to normal. I really appreciate their care and help. Also, physical therapy is very effective. I’m still under the treatment on the regular basis for my back pain management. This is one of my favorite clinic. I would highly recommend to see this office.
