I had a great experience at icare medical group office. The staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. The medical assistant was patient and thorough, and Dr.Yau took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The clinic was clean and organized. I really appreciate and highly recommend!
I think Icare medical is an a.azing clinic. The providers and staff are gret people. I have been a patient under Dr.Yau for a long time and he understands me and takes care of me. I recommend this clinic to everyone!
What stood out to me during my visit was that The doctors and nurses at iCare Medical Group did a very splendid service with managing an clinic and asking how I feel on my health if it is improving or not. My mom Yuk Lan Au is a patient of Dr Yau. Dr yau is very professional and give the exact treatment that is very effective for my mom’s condition. The staff are also very nice. He also coordinate the medical spa downstairs and physical therapy for her condition . Everything are very well taken care of. Thank you
