Great place! Very knowledgeable staff. The Selection better than other golf shops in area. This is definitely the one stop shop.
I was contacted by Edwin Watts reference my grips. They stated they could not guarantee that they could replace the badly installed grips properly. They stated for me to pick out another grip to install free. I went to store where I picked out another Golf Pride grip. They did not have 20 in stock but would have to order. If I knew I would have this much trouble I would have never had them gripped for the ones I had on them were in good shape and only had them gripped with the new Golf Prides for newer technology. Brought a set of Callaway rogue clubs with the rogue driver. The fitting experience was great with Maji. She was so helpful. Will be returning for other items.
These guys are great, very helpful, friendly ,great selection, i highly recommend this store to everyone who plays golf !!
Those people mispriced a club and when I went to check out they took the club out of my hand and repriced it to way out of what a used club should cost. The workers are all very unprofessional and were very disrespectful to our whole family. It's way overpriced and I highly recommend going to another golf store.
During a visit to Sanannah visited this store needing three grips installed. I was not spoken to upon entry and was the only customer at that time. Stayed in the store for a little over 20 minutes. Even hung out at the grips for several minutes. Two employees entered the repair room and exited and never spoke or acknowledged me in any way. There was an employee who came out of the stock room with two sets of Jr. Clubs on a hand truck who passed directly by me, never spoke! I went to some length to find the store on Buckingham Plantation Drive whilst on holiday. Oh what a disappointment. Once the member of staff said they did not have my size he basically walked off and left me. No attempt to contact other stores indeed he did not even let on they had other stores. Whilst I stayed in the store for another 5 minutes or so it was not until I was headed for the door before any other member of staff, who were all stood around talking, looked up to ask if I had found what I was looking for.
