The job took just over an hour which seems about right for a thorough vent cleaning given the build up they found. I waited a few days to post this to see if there was any noticeable increase in air movement. Looks like it’s holding up well.

This was our second time needing ventilated ceiling repairs, and unlike our previous experience where it took multiple visits for a resolution, the technician identified the issue quickly — a misaligned vent damper — and completed the fix within an hour. The efficiency was much appreciated, especially since it had been an ongoing concern.

After spending several days troubleshooting without success, the technician identified a refrigerant leak and had it repaired by early afternoon. The experience differed from a previous one with another company since this technician explained each step thoroughly.
