I was pleased with the technician's capacity to articulate potential issues that might require fixing. Evan was both proficient and polite. Edwin & Son Heating & AC was quick to confirm his estimated time of arrival at my residence in Grapevine. The heater repair was finished before the projected timeline. Additionally, due to the job being completed before 5, I was not billed for any after-hour service fees.

Todd serviced our 15-year-old heating system that had been malfunctioning in our home in Grapevine. He was courteous, efficient, neat, and well-informed. The heater repair task was accomplished promptly. It was delightful to have Todd work on our project in our residence, and we would endorse Edwin & Son Heating & AC to others.

Required a quick inspection for a property deal in the midst of a busy season. Edwin & Son Heating & AC managed to fit me into their schedule for the inspection a few days later, still making it a day ahead of the final transaction. Jay, their technician, exhibited great professionalism while inspecting the furnace. He suggested adding a cleaning service for a mere $35 extra, which was a far better offer than having an inspection and then a separate visit for cleaning (a point I hadn't considered before).
