From my first appointment at Advent Health to my discharge, the staff was so professionally , always with a smile . They answered my questions and took a lot of time to explain every step of the way. Dr Menor took the time to explain pros and cons. The staff and the hospital, Advent Health, were the best. My care from all of them was excellent. I recommend the Advent Health care and Hospital to everyone.
Everyone was great. We were running late, as a result of a traffic accident which closed roads and backed up traffic. I called check-in and they were very helpful in accommodating us. The same was true for everyone we worked with that day. Very helpful, friendly, and reassuring.
