Shame he is a Dr with no bedside manners.
My child was a patient of Dr Edwin Liu. He has special needs. We seen Dr Liu twice. We called for another appointment and the office was beyond rude and hung up on me. The office said that Dr Liu refuses to help our child and see him ever again and would not book us an appointment with his next availability or even offer us an appointment. It is with a heavy heart that I turn to this platform to share my most recent experiences at the Loxahatchee office location. Unfortunately, I don't know of any other way to get this information to Dr. Liu. My son had been a patient of Dr. Liu’s for a couple of years. In March 2025 Dr. Liu gave him a referral for ABA Therapy. Sadly Dr lui , Abandon my disabled who has an intellectual disability , daughter who has been epileptic since 9 , she has no emergency meds , turned 18in march wasn’t informed that she was aging out before her 18th birthday ,and because of her intellectual disability they didn’t even inform my daughter said we haven’t been in the office in a year . sept 24th is a yr so it has not been 12 consecutive months ,then they lie on google review trying to put blame on patients . oh she never picked up her meds when she has been taki... read more
