Johanna Alvarez is one of the best. She’s very passionate about what she does, and her staff are always quick to help. I feel like I’m in good hands here, and couldn’t recommend her more.
Doctor Álvarez is so knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to treat me quickly and I will be referring her to everyone that I know.
This place does not care about its patients. They rarely returned their phone calls. It took them almost a week to refill my husband’s high blood pressure medication. Months later, they left me hanging for a week when I needed a new antibiotic because the one they prescribed gave me hives. One week without an antibiotic! How can I say they care about their patients?
Recently called as same day sick, they squeezed me in. They spent ample time with me going over everything with me and making sure I was okay, then said I could return no appointment needed just to make sure I was okay.
