Terrible communication and wasted my time on something I specifically asked several times and assured of that both services would be done. Only to be told on the appointment that they don't do that service. No call to advise so I walked out of appointment. Took months to get answers on referrals that went nowhere. No follow up from doctor as to why I walked out. Lost a day of work for nothing.
Dr. Johanna is an exceptional physician—kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. The entire staff is welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. This is easily the best doctor’s office in Cape Coral. While other clinics often struggle to accommodate my schedule, Dr. Johanna and her team consistently go above and beyond to find a time that works for me.
Johanna Alvarez is one of the best. She’s very passionate about what she does, and her staff are always quick to help. I feel like I’m in good hands here, and couldn’t recommend her more.
Doctor Álvarez is so knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to treat me quickly and I will be referring her to everyone that I know.
