Mr Elliott Harper called me and apologized for the low quality provided in their last visit. He came back himself with a new assistant and retouched the windows, reinstalled the screen and now the job was very good. Thank you for fixing the issues. Now this firm is recommended. 2 guys (Bruce and Elliot) came on Saturday 2/11/23 to do the cleaning. They left some windows not well cleaned, some rails were not cleaned, they left a screen uninstalled. I called them several times to ask them to come back and fix the issues but th... read more
