It's a good place to live but the rent just keeps going up almost time to find another place. Took everyone's basketballs goals and threw thew them away they said they sent out a notice and never did. They are getting awful about repairs and the rent is almost as much as full house now. If it doesn't go down might really look. I know a few years ago management was embezzling from tenants and that was never addressed either.
Management staff will promise repairs then neglect them for years and blame it on you when you try to get them fixed later on then they will evict you so they don't have to own up to their mistakes I lived here since 2018 the mobile home I moved into needed repairs they said they were going to repair it so I could do the owner program and on the trailer I am now being evicted because they didn't want to repair my trailer since neglected so long it was more cost effective to evict me and "it's cheaper to demo the home and put... read more
I used to like this place until they have let the rift raft move in, the constant raising of the lot rent, the person that can't run a plow in the winter time.
Our pipes froze from all the weather. We have been trying to dethaw them the last 3 days to no avail. We called the maintenance number, and they told us they needed to get a plumber out to no cost of them to prove that it's frozen on there end. However, when our pipes froze last year they did not need a plumber and came out and dethawed the pipes on there end.
