Probably one of the worst places I've ever lived. I lived here for 3 years and it was nothing but problems. Lot rent was stolen out of the drop box and management decided to hand out over 150 evictions thinking nothing of it. Neighbors have been swated, tweakers all over the community. The one decent manager we had Bryan was fired. Management before him was caught pocketing money. I was sent an eviction notice over 6 dollars because I didnt know my exact rent amount. DO NOT rent or buy from this place, they are absolutely terrible! We have rented from this place for 5 years and have never gotten decent help from the office staff, besides maybe one staff member. They have gone through numerous "managers". We inquired about breaking our lease contract, knowing we would have to pay the remainder of the lease, and the two female "managers" refused to help us, were totally rude and inappropriate, and advised the only thing we could do was call corporate. The sales coordinator, Lundie, is very sweet and helps when she can. She sold us our home and was very helpful. She is now selling our home and is just as helpful with the properties upkeep. The place is quiet, and I never had an issue.
