Same neighbors same problems this time the neighbors behind us have been complaining about the noise as well. Maybe its time we go in together and sue for Breach of Quiet Enjoyment of our homes. Jodie the manager does nothing to stop them and told me there her kids have the right to play. Well playing outside is one thing but Screaming at the top of there lungs is much different. Many of us have health issues and this is very upsetting to us.
Another yr of the same neighbors yelling and screaming from 8 am to 10 pm the neighbors behind us are sick of them as well. We have put up with these people for 5 yrs now. Several complaints in to Jodie the manager and she does nothing about it . Maybe its time we all get together and sue the park for breach of Quiet Enjoyment. I think this is the only way we will get some peace and quiet. The previous park management would of NEVER allowed this to go on this long
Summer time and the neighbors are right back at letting there kids yell and scream all day long while they have parties and sit around yelling and cussing . Hope that the new owners of the trailer park will do something about the only neighbors in this park who are so disrespectful of other people . Its in the contract we signed to be respectful of your neighbors but for some reason Jodie will not do anything about them . Very sick of it and I wish we could move .
No play ground for the kids so we hear kids screaming outside all day and they kick or throw things into our house . One lady screams at her kids and cusses at them . They are outside almost every day all day long , they have parties at there house almost every weekend and they are very loud . It use to be a much better place to live when Joe was the manager because he was on top of the rules . we are suppose to be respectful of other tenants but Jodie doesn't enforce the rules .
