I was really disappointed with how I was treated by the receptionist when I called during an extremely difficult time. Instead of compassion or understanding, I was met with rudeness and an uncaring tone. When someone is calling heartbroken and seeking help for their pet, kindness should be the bare minimum. I truly hope the clinic addresses this, because no one should be made to feel worse when they’re already going through so much.
Our bunny had to put to sleep here in May and staff were very respectful and helpful. Highly recommend!
Edwards Veterinary has been such a great experience for both me and my dog. The clinic is welcoming, professional, and very caring. Dr Haris provided outstanding care for my dog, and Kelly at the front desk was very kind and helpful throughout the process. I left feeling confident that my dog was in excellent hands, and I truly appreciate the positive and supportive environment the entire staff at Edwards Veterinary Services has provided for us.
A little pricey compared to other vets in town however ….. I do appreciate the Drs knowledge. The Dr really took the time to explain and change my stubborn perspectives. Thank you
