Excellent staff, a vet that doesn't talk above your head, just a really nice place. My big boy Rex doesn't take well with strangers, but he really liked the people caring for him. Or maybe it was the treats. All in all, a very place.
Great vet care was provided on short notice on a Saturday for my daughter’s pet love bird Petey. All of the staff I met at our visit were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this vet office for pet care.

A very special thanks to Dr Edward's and all team members. We had to put down are dear family member Spooky. Spooky was a rescue cat we had since 2012. Are vet was closed in Kitchener called Edward's Veterinary services. They helped us through Spooky final hours. Dr Edward's was very caring definitely a true professional. Again a very special thanks. If we decide to parent another cat in the future they will definitely be are pets health team. Highly recommended.
I liked Dr Sharon Howard but she is no longer here. I received such cold treatment on the phone while my cat was dying. I was told "take her to an emergency vet if she gets worse" Wouldn't see her for 3 days. They also advertise they offer mobile service on their website, which is a blatant lie. I urge everyone to get a different competent vet. This place advertises emergency care!! False advertising. I will be finding a new vet where I can receive compassionate care.
