The idea of starting my own business was daunting. I had heard horror stories about high cost and unresponsive agents. Meeting with Landon and his team put my mind at ease and made me realize my dream was attainable. Landon was knowledgeable and engaging. He reviewed my policy with me multiple times and made sure that I had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. He checks in periodically to make sure my policy is up to date and talk Tennessee Football. He genuinely cares for the entire East TN community.

Three to four weeks prior to my current auto and homeowners policies expiration with another company I spoke with Landon Whitt about quoting my policies. At that time, I provided all of the necessary information. We have a "no" claims, accident or violation history. Credit report is excellent. Mr Whitt indicated he would be back in touch within a week. Well that was the last I heard from anyone at this agency. I wasted a lot of time...oh well better to find out about poor (no) service before than afterwards. Stay away!!!!!
