Worked with Edwards Small Engine Repair for the first time. I had a little trail bike that broke the first day I got it. I contacted Coleman and they directed me to Edwards. The tech was super helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help with the situation I was in. The turn around was super quick. Needless to say. I am super happy with the service they provided and will absolutely use them in the future.
Experience could not have been better, prompt and communicative and very friendly. Took my ego mower in under warranty and Ego prepped me for 2 to 3 weeks turnaround... Tyson called me with a resolution the next afternoon. 5/5 stars!
Ed is either not honest, not skilled or both. We bought a new Firman generator that out of the box was running rough and died under a load. Firman sent us to Edwards for warranty. Ed said it was sand in the gas which is not covered under warranty. We told Firman that we use the fuel in all our equipment and have no issues and their fuel filter should filter it. Firman decided to replace the fuel tank and carburetor but made us pay labor. Since we needed the generator we agreed. Ed did not return our calls for 3 weeks. Firman... read more
