Josiah was an absolute pleasure. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and personable, and he had the AC running again within 30-45 mins of arriving. Would absolutely recommend this company but more specifically, Josiah, the technician.
There no mention of a charge or invoice that was going to occur.
Austin is a wonderful technician who took the time to diagnose the issue after three other technicians were unable to, and was able to find a solution that will actually fix this issue and hopefully get us to where we will not have to have the company out to look at this again. I want to say how grateful I am that Austin was able to come out and look at this and thank Bassett that they're able to hire folks like Austin. Thank you very much
Our technician was great and explained everything.
