Edward's heating and air was excellent until Bassett got involved. The last furnace and air duct system they installed for me left the front portion of my house 10 degrees cooler than the rest of my house. They sent their technician out and agreed the ductwork needed upgraded to 7 inch. Their office manager Angela Jones said, they would not fix the problem until they were paid in full.
