Judah was wonderful. He sat down and talked with us first so I could explain what has been happening since the last person came and said everything was ok. Basically, that person said these furnace’s weren’t equipped for cold weather. We told Judah we tried the emergency heat again and it never came on. He found the board for emergency heat was fried. Has a new one ordered
Jackson came out and took his time looking at our furnace. He cleaned the burners and did whatever he could to get us up and running in the cold. He took extra time and care to give us piece of mind. He was genuine and really seemed to care.
