Scott was great. He found our problem. He was very thorough and respectful. He took our old filter to have it tested and replaced it with a new one.
Scott did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond just cleaning the ducts. We had an issue with drywall dust clogging the furnace and getting in the ducts. Scott taped the edges of the drywall so we would not have that problem again. He also vacuumed around the furnace and the ducts before he cleaned them. He was very curious and professional. We are very pleased with Bassett!
Not happy. Referred a friend. Tech told him wrong info. When he expressed his frustration she said he was rude....... Try to put your self in his shoes. He waited till 8:30 at night thinking the tech would come back since the office never called him. Then thought he would be back first thing Monday just to find out the part still needs ordered. I'm very disappointed.
Jared Osborne was the best AC experience we have had. He was quick, explained everything, and was so nice and helpful!! Absolutely fantastic service!
