Dr Hicks great dentist with a wonderful staff. Professional, Courteous and very caring for their patients. Highly recommended and respected.

New patient experience - left without being seen I scheduled a cleaning here as a new patient. When I called to book, the office asked me to try to have my previous dentist send my X-rays but never mentioned they’d be required to receive care. I left a message for my old office and didn’t hear back before my appointment. When I arrived, I was told they wouldn’t perform the cleaning without new X-rays, and that I’d need to pay out of pocket since my insurance wouldn’t cover another set so soon.
