They damaged my equipment and now won't return my phone calls. My filter needed new laterals installed. I called up Edwards, and the rep also suggested changing the filter sand at the same time. They sent a tech to look at my equipment while I wasn't home, but then I didn't get a call back with an estimate. If you want a high quality custom pool, don’t even bother looking anywhere else. Steve and his team are the best. We’ve had ours for a year now and we love it. They have been extremely helpful with maintenance as well and are very responsive when I’ve had questions, since I’ve never had a pool before. Completely transformed our backyard into a showstopper.

Please remeber when you drive and cut people off in your company vehicle you are representing your company. If you do that I can only imagine the type of work ethic is involved. I will definitely not use this company.
