Turned up for the job, then left without any reason, no conversation, no ph call after. Left me in the lurch without gas hot water and my kids arriving in a few days for schoolholidays. It was a huge stress to get another plumber at short notice. Very rude when I chased them up as to why, still no explanation ! Don't use !
