Efficient and cleaned up well/considerate.
The good part is his wife always answers. Basically shows up and will text if late. Nothing about the price is reasonable and maybe it's just me. 1 hour of work was about 350 bucks. I am excluding the 10 minutes he took to write the bill. I checked online for a price of the part that failed. $142-$160. His markup isn't ~40% which is more typical. He's basically 2x ,so $300. So 1 hour of work and part online that is 150 bucks will cost you $650.
When we realized our water heater was leaking we called Edward's plumbing. He called us back within a few minutes and was able to replace our water heater the same day for less money than we were quoted by another company
I had a problem with my shower and wanted it fix asap. I wasn't expecting them to fix it the same day but they did. The guys that came to my house were very knowledgeable about what needed to be fix and they got the job done. If i ever have any other plumbing problems I know who to call. We have had Galen Edwards, Edwards Plumbing and Heating, service our home plumbing, and all HVAC issues for at least 25 years. He sets appointments, calls on his way and gets there when he says he will be there. The work is outstanding and he has a very broad knowledge of his field. I highly recommend him.
