I have had my blood drawn twice. The first time my regular doctor did this. They were to call them and get the results. After 10 days of nit hearing from them. I called and they said that they didn’t get the results. Then I had to call to get them to send it. When they got it they said they want to get my blood drawn again. Got it done the last part of November. I just called today and I was told the person that had my results from the 16 has not called me to let me know the results. This is twice with the same issue. I went to the doctor here for a procedure and an annual prostate check. This was 2 months ago. Getting a representative on the line for the surgery department is impossible. I have been given the run around since that time with no scheduled procedure . This office doesn't care about the patients and their well being. The website says they are the biggest practice which is felt. They are definitely no where close to the most caring or best.
