The team at Edwards did a great job on my vehicle repairs. The WOF expired over the period from the car being damaged and the time it was able to be booked in for repair. Edwards arranged interim running repairs on my vehicle and put me in touch with a nearby trusted Mechanic's Shop (de Boer Mechanical Services) to allow my car to pass VTNZ WOF. This kept me continuously mobile.
Reluctantly posting this review because on the whole, the staff were pleasant to deal with and maintained good communication throughout. The reason for this rating is due to the following: I had my reservations, not because of the reputation of this garage but because my vehicle being a late model European car, I wanted to make sure any repairs were completed to a high standard that I have experienced at a prior body shop. You can tell they care about the quality of their work, and it is very high. I have no complaints and am grateful for how accommodating they are.
