Edwards Painting service & Chimney inspection delivered excellent chimney services. Kian completed a thorough chimney inspection. The chimney repair and chimney maintenance were handled expertly. The fireplace repair service restored safety and performance. I’m very pleased.
I had a fabulous experience with Jake, from Edwards Painting service & Chimney inspection, who did an outstanding job working on my gas fireplace and chimney inspection… He was so helpful, listened to my concerns and was able to address them!! I am very impressed with the service I received. The technicians conducted a careful chimney Inspection, identifying areas that needed attention. In the middle of the job, McDaniel explained the importance of a small chimney repair, which he completed on the spot. Their chimney sweep cleaning was thorough and left everything spotless. I made an appointment to get my chimney looked at. The appointment was several weeks out. I waited for an hour after the appointment time. The technician never showed up or called. I called and the answering service to see if they were still coming and they said that they didn't have a technician to do it and asked me to reschedule. No apology for not showing up. I did reschedule, but because I was skeptical that they would indeed show up, I called the day before my next appointment to make sure that they would be coming out... read more
Scheduled an appointment two weeks out. The person answering the phone was very hard to understand, seems like an off-site answering service. Called the day before to confirm. Nobody showed up and when I called they first said they couldn't find me and then said the technician got busy and tried to push me out two more weeks. Very weird experience, felt not legitimate.
