Caden provided excellent, patient, friendly service. He had to navigate a couple tricky situations moving tanks and getting the furnace up and running. He kept his cool and worked safely and confidently.
I very rarely write reviews yet my experience with Caden was so positive that I feel compelled to do so. I investigated all the propane companies in the area and when Caden arrived to offer a proposal his helpful, kind, honest disposition guided me select Edward’s.
Caden is a great asset to Edwards. He did the propane inspection on my property. He checked, and found, 2 small leaks that he corrected on the spot. Also took time to go through my gas fireplace with me.
Caden did a great job for us! From the initial account setup to coordinating our new tank delivery and propane fill, Caden took care of us. Well done!
Have used them a couple times to fill home fuel tank and have had them over fill me now 2 times had a driver be rude to me and almost take down my fence with the hose watch the same driver kick my gate in tell it opened more than it should seems like they find drivers anywhere not I have to spend the rest of my night cleaning the basement again
