My experience with Edwards Oil and especially the sales person, Caden Spiering, that helped me get a propane tank installed and account set up has been outstanding. The customer service provided by Caden has exceeded expectations as he always does what he says he is going to do and has been instrumental in helping with any problems with details, such as propane pricing and specific location of propane tank on our property. I highly recommend Caden and Edwards Oil as propane supplier.

Caden reached out to me as a new customer and explained their company policies in a very professional manner. Could tell right from the start he cared about the customer and was willing to help me with the entire process. He showed up on time even giving me a courtesy call saying he was on his way. After tank was filled and leak tested we ended with a good old fashioned hand shake! Just like the good old days. Would highly recommend this company if all the employees are as good as him! Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The driver was rude, confrontational, not willing to listen to customer.

Great service. Caden was super nice, knowledgable, and answered all my questions. Very helpful with explaining the service contract and delivery options.
