Called Emergency Services at 5:30 AM for NO HEAT and Never got a Call Back from the Service Technician that was Available!!! Nice job Dropping the Ball...Not Happy at this Moment
Edward's seems to be top notch at employing quality folks. I suppose my needs were pretty routine for them but switching fuel providers is not an activity I am well-versed at. They made each step of the switch very clear. They got my new tank installed in just a couple days after my initial call. They've been super attentive at ensuring my tank stays full. Wish I could give 6 stars!
