I Ordered Propane Before Labor Day...It took your People until the 11th of September to Deliver it!! Unexceptable🤬🤬🤬... I found my Reciept in my Front Yard, instead of on my Breezeway, where it's ALWAYS been put since I've Liveed here!!!
Edward's seems to be top notch at employing quality folks. I suppose my needs were pretty routine for them but switching fuel providers is not an activity I am well-versed at. They made each step of the switch very clear. They got my new tank installed in just a couple days after my initial call. They've been super attentive at ensuring my tank stays full. Wish I could give 6 stars!
Worst company I ever dealt with. Glad I moved out of the area. Wouldn't honor their warranty, said "well it doesn't cover those parts ".Had warranty in hand which said parts would be covered. They installed a brand new furnace which broke down several times. Stay away from this company.
Switched to Edward's oil a few years ago, signed up for prepay and monitored fill. They were to provide propane supply for house and garage. Installed garage furnace after tank installed but they were aware of the btu requirements. The tank was placed and house supplied. When they came to connect garage, they said they were unable to supply that far from tank. I suspect it was because they didn't want to bury another line.
