As a long time local - this place does Edwards a disservice. Their prices are horrendous... but I dealt with that because it's close to where I live. I scheduled my car to have brakes done a week in advance. Dropped my car off at 8am...after waiting until someone finally rolled in 10 mins late. Around 2:30pm I call to find out the status of my car, and I am told "they are working on it now".
