Called for pricing from their office and Ely and after a whole run around about things they said they couldn't give me pricing and had to take down my information and someone would call me back. Gave them my info but 3 days later never got a call back from anyone. Called again and got the same run around for Fuel oil pricing. Again, waited a couple days. Called a competitor of theirs and got pricing and a delivery in less than 3 days. Know where I'm buying from for now on!

I called them today with a crisis- my tank was empty. I didn’t have an account as I am new to this. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY kind and understanding. She got some information from me and in just what seemed like a few short minutes she had an account set up for me. I’m working with energy assistance(very grateful) and she knew all the right forms and information that they would need. $500 for an emergency fill is pretty ridiculous plus they wanted cash up front seems kinda scetchy
