Zero stars is not an option, hence the 1 star. In early November 2024, my elderly, disabled mother picked up a new pair of eyeglasses from Dr. Edwards office. At the time of pick up, she told the staff they were wrong and she couldn't see. The office staff proceeded to gaslight her saying it would take time for her eyes to adjust and she was forced to "just try them". She was also told she had 3 months to decide to keep them or not. Nathan is great at what he does. His diagnostic skills are excellent and his chair-side manner is great. Highly recommend him to anyone and that would include my own family.
