Further to the reply posted by Edwards on 14/03, no communication is your solution for a concern you had, rather than call the customer to inquire it, you assumed the worst of them, in the process, wasting a full tank of fuel mix, further, with the variation of you adding a new head while the original was still perfectly functional, again, you upped the unnecessary cost to the customer without any communication. Delivered my whipper snippet for repair for my company, which I mentioned from the start, my name was requested which I provided. A week later, I’m contacted with the job number, which I provided to the company, who called Edwards, and they couldn’t find it as they were going by my name, not the company nor the job number… The report accused me of not having a proper 2 stroke mix?… as it looked to clear to them, so obviously, these rookies think that 2 stroke fuel mix has to be colour dyed???? … been using this machine 3+ ye... read more
