Have lived here going on 3yrs our lease ended 2025 called the company who owns the park to inform them we plan on moving in 60days we never renewed our lease and the park own said we can't move unless we pay to demolish the trailer we are in cause it's our responsibility but we never received a bill of sale or title for the trailer and in granite city you must have the title and proof of sale to move or demolish our house has black mold the almost 3yrs I've lived here I have seen people sell dope at the bus stop, rob houses ... read more
You should probably get inspections under control. Have you gotten a handle on the cat situation yet? The whole trailer park reaked thae last time I had to go there
