Useless. Parcel bouncing around in local delivery van for 2 weeks so far, and still they have no idea. When I decided to ring the franchise owner (Barry Edwards) he was defensive and rude, and in denial. He didn't want the tracking numbers and hung up. Great service, you useless muppets!
Nothing a problem for these guys. Have relied upon them to deliver without fail and on short notice and they have never let me down.
