Always thoroughly professional but friendly service. I have been dealing with Edwards for five years now for service across several cars; everything is always explained clearly, issues are flagged as far in advance as possible and different cost options are presented. Amazing customer service ! As a motability customer for the first time I was impressed by the service I received.I was shown different cars to find one that met my needs .
