Excellent service from Neil Evans once again - he sold me a Picanto four years ago. Not pushy, just welcoming and friendly.
Went to test drive a Kia EV9. I knew more about the car than the salesman. Upon returning from the test drive I asked him to clarify the answers to some of my questions about the car with Kia, and to give me his best price including part exchange. I never heard another thing from him. Bought the £76k car elsewhere. (Edit: Alison, I left you a voicemail 13/7/25)
