AVOID unless you like getting scammed This company will scam you please don’t listen to their “specials or deals”. They did not tell me that the camera scope doesn’t fit in any pipe below a 2 inch pipe. I have a 1 and half inch pipe that was unable to be scoped. The worker told me the price was already fixed over the phone. This was not told to me and I didn’t know I was agreeing to a set price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Tech came out and immediately said that both of our capacitors were bad. Husband and I were discussing if we wanted him to replace them as it was costly ($600 for 2 $35 parts). He kept interrupting us, telling us we had to make a decision right away because he was really busy and had many more calls to make. He was rude and nasty. I had a main drain line clog so I called Edwards to come out. The plumber arrived and got right to work without discussing the problem with me. I discussed the problem extensively with someone over the phone, so I assumed it had all been relayed. He replaced the plumbing under the sink and went to leave and charge me $500. I asked if the clog was fixed and he was confused, he thought he was just there to replace the under-sink plumbing, which I never requested. Had a decent experience when I had these guys out to check my water heater a couple months back. He told me the problem was my shower. He told me what to buy and that he would come back and install it. I was not having immediate problems so I waited and when the shower finally went I purchased what the guy told me to and called for an install. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I paid them $1,700 to repair a water tank and pull a permit. The cost itself was ridiculous, but I was in a crunch with the city of Lansing. The office staff at this company is beyond incompetent and has taken over a month to schedule a very easy inspection to close the permit. The owner of this house has lost over a month of rental income due to their negligence.
