There automated answering system is impossible, nurses don't do their job, spouse waited over 4 months for a referal( still nothing) went to canadagua for appt and doctor couldn't believe she's still waiting.. Brook Baker is doing a great job but she can't do it alone. Nurses have to do their job. We will end up losing her because of the way that it is run. Just like every other one we have had in there. Something needs to be done.

Always get a response for any question I have from the Nurse's, Receptionist or Clinician The Clinician takes time to listen and help me understand any advice she offers. I've seen her for a few years now and never feel she didn't do enough.

Absolutely horrible! I waited over a month for my appointment, then they call two days before the appointment to inform me that the Doc is out sick... which WHY would they not have someone to fill in??? So they want to reschedule the appointment, I'm thinking next week but no, they inform me that they are booked out for two more months. Who would ever need to see a doctor two months later??? Whatever issue you have has either fixed itself or gotton so bad you end up in the ER. It's clinics like these with their insane long w... read more
