Very poor customer service. Wait for over 20 minutes and then disconnected when trying to trouble-shoot delayed order (although the initial order was answered). No callback when you leave a callback, no reply when you use their contact form. It's been 23 days since order for dexcom sensors and they still haven't shipped!

Edwards health service has been disappointing lately. I have had issues with my g6 sensor / and transmitter. Ehs will only send 1 transmitter and their own style patch. ( not the dexcom oval patch). The transmitter / and sensor fell off Because my therapy involves hot tub , hydrotherapy ; physical therapy in water dex com ( when they supplied equipment) would allow 2 transmitters . I was transferred to Edgepark for all my Dexcom supplies threw Medicare. I tried for 4 weeks to get my supplies approved with no success, I was very upset with their incompetency and finally called Dexcom and had them transfer my records to Edwards. My supplies were approved and shipped in 5 days. If I could give them a score higher the 5 I definitely would. Can’t say enough good things about the way this company has treated me so far. I would recommend them to anyone.

The last several.times have have tried to reorder supplies I have had trouble. For example I called to reorder sensors for my Dexcom, I called when I inserted my last one. I was told I would receive it BY tomorrow the order was successfully made. When I had not received them by the time I was supposed too. I was told it was still in the verification process. My last sensor expires yesterday, 9/14/00. I.have not received it yet!! I have had the same problem with my pump supplied!

Wow! This place might have the worst customer service support ever. Ordered an item they didn’t ask me the right question charged me anyways. Told me the order would be processed two weeks ago still hasn’t avoid at all costs this place sucks!
