Been having warranty work done for 2 years. Never ever resolved problems. Each time was something different,as now warranty is up they have discovered a new problem and guess what they will not cover. I have had my vehichle in there steady. Certainly I am not a happy camper. I work with 120 people who 70 percent have spouses. In which will probability tell 2 friends and so on. This cannot be good for future business,just sayin.
Brought my truck in for emergency work. I needed some additional work in order for me to move my camper but they refused the work. No explanation why just was told they did not want to do the work. Take it somewhere else. I live 2 hrs from rocky. I had to find another garage and pay twice.
I haven’t bought a vehicle from Edwards Garage since 2006. How they helped my wife get financing pretty amazing. Will be forever, grateful thank you to the group that helped this work out.
The staff at Edwards are always professional, friendly and helpful. No pressure sales. Service work done well and I’ve found the prices are comparable if not a bit lower than other shops.
