Be very wary using this business. We appointed Edwards & Froud Building Services to perform a pre purchase pest and building inspection on a site unseen property purchase in Florence Lane Tamworth. Despite knowing we were relying on them to identify and highlight an concerns before purchase, they failed to identify major defects and leaks in multiple bathrooms resulting in $39k in urgent repairs to stop further water damage.
