This guy is a joke! Tells us twice he will come by, never shows. I had a representative call and he said he won't work for someone renting a place. He finally promised her he would come by, still never showed. He said people who rent don't pay him for his work. I offered to pay him up front and he still said no. I even offered to pay him cash!!!
