Soooo I called this morning 6/9 to make 2 new patient apps but wanted to ask about insurance/billing so I.pressed 2 the lady I spoke with was very nice on the phone took all my information . Very very pleasant. I had forgotten to ask her a question about outside records so I called back pressed 1 and to my surprise I was a very unfriendly, uncaring, Had no clue and didn't care to find out attitude. I am trying to establish primary care. They give me a 2 week sample supply of quelbry the nurse then scheduled me for a visit 6 week s later. I inquire about it i was made an appointment in 5 days long enough to get medication totally out of my system. Very unprofessional starting with Dr Berry
