There's a couple dishonest salesman, so make sure you get equipment prices in writing. I purchased a new Kubota tractor, and got a loan through Kubota. I was looking at the loan papers when I got home, and noticed I was charged over $1,400.00 for insurance. I called Edwards the next day, they said when you get a loan through Kubota, Kubota requires you to purchase their insurance. Brought a Stihl blower in that I bought new there. It stoped running mid use. I was told they would take a look at it and call me. 4 days later I get a call that it's ready and will be $87.00. Blower had an hour or two of run time and paid $150.00 new. I told them it wasn't worth that to me and I didn't authorize the repairs .Their response was they would let me trade it in minus 87.00. Like I would buy another Stihl blower, let alone from them after this.
