We toured the facility, and it seems like a great place to send your child to daycare. We were going to place our child on the waitlist, however, we had issues registering her and never received a response to remedy those issues. It also seems a bit outrageous to charge a $115 non-refundable fee for a waitlist spot with no guarantee that a spot will actually open up for your child. After two weeks of reaching out to remedy those issues with no response, we ultimately decided on another childcare facility.
As an employee and a mom with a child here, I love this place! My child is an infant and as comfortable as you can be with another person watching your baby, I have grown to trust my son’s teachers completely. I receive photos daily of my baby doing activities and just learning and growing. Miss Karen, Shelli, Brandy, and Vicki have all cared for my child and show that they genuinely care about him. Atmosphere here was very inviting very very clean kids were enjoying themselves parents walking in and out picking up kids seemed very pleased the director had a waiting list and she was also very kind I'm patient and want my newborn to be able to have the opportunity to go to the daycare I can say I was very very pleased with my tour and felt welcomed
*Edited 11/2020: The director that was mentioned below no longer works for this location. The new director (and assistant director) are truly trying to make improvements. Since they took over, I have had not one issue so I have adjusted my rating from a 3 to a 5 :) Original post: The teachers, most of them, are seriously wonderful!
