Our garage door spring broke December 23rd, we called and had someone out to Petrolia within the hour. The spring was broken and they told us they would call us when they got back to the shop with an ETA on a spring. They called that afternoon to tell us they had one in stock and came out Christmas Eve morning and replaced it. Amazing customer service, incredibly impressed!
WONDERFUL service. A spring broke on our garage door with our truck trapped inside. We called, they were knocking on our door within 10 minutes, assessed it, returned within the hour and fixed it! Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!!
My garage door torsion spring broke recently. Wendy was great to deal with and reassured me that things would be taken care of as soon as possible. As was promised, in a very timely manner, two men from Edwards came over and replaced the spring and lubricated everything and now the garage door opens and closes nicely (and more quietly than it did before their help). The men were very polite and professional. I highly recommend Edwards!
