In February 2019, we hired Ed Miller, owner of Edwards Construction, for a second level deck extension, new stairs, and matching fascia boards on an existing second level sunroom. We didn’t know at the time that Mr. Miller, as the contractor, would have been required to pull a permit with the city, which he did not do.
