Please always feel free to contact us if you ever feel as if you been treated poorly by ANY of our employees. We are local for 70 years and genuinely care about how our customers feel about us.
AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! The manager Mike Taylor is very rude. We went in and looked at some bamboo floring, I asked about an estimate and he said he had a guy that would come out and measure. The guy arrived 50 min. early while I had another competitor there. After the guy measured I waited 10 days for my estimate. I called the store and talked to Mike asking about the estimate. Sales guy called me a "F**KING LIAR" – Just had new carpet installed from Edward's Carpet in STL. When the installer showed me the balance due, I asked if he could call into the store to see if it was already paid (I remembered paying SOMETHING, just couldn't remember if it was all or partial) When the installer called the sales guy in the store, I could very clearly hear the sales guy tell the installer, "If he's telling you he paid already, he's a F*CKING LIAR!" Just an update of the price per Sq.Ft. Home Depot today 01/05/0/10 the SAME carpet EXACT same carpet is 3.17 Sq.Ft. 8 pound pad .68 Sq Ft. = 3.85 Install 99.00 for whole house Edwards price 5.50 Sq.Ft. Exact same Mohawk carpet
Save your self money and go the the box stores (lowes/home depot) I just paid 10,000 and could have saved about 1.00-2.00 per sq. ft. They sold me on install and after sale service. Once you pay...its over. Average/below average install quality. Complaints? Good luck...Edwards? If you read this...give me a call 314*402*1226
