The absolute most unprofessional and uncaring EMT I had the unfortunate experience of coming to my aid. I have a neurological condition, and was enduring tonic clonic seizures in clusters. Meanwhile I am crying, convulsing and involuntarily screaming while gasping. During the ride I remember some things like trying to grab for her or her hand for comfort as these experiences are so terrifying. Edwards Ambulance was phenomenal yesterday. They transported me yesterday in an emergency situation to Wynn Hospital. Because of my pain level yesterday, I was unable to retain the names of the female and male EMTs. They were compassionate and excellent in the care they gave me! What a first class service Edwards provides! Thanks so much!
