Lovely flowers, but the roses turned in less than 24 hours. I would hope for £4 a stem that they would last longer than this
I ordered some lovely flowers from Edwards for our wedding anniversary. Sadly after a three days they'd turned and were ready for the bin. I contacted the store and they were fantastic. They apologised for the quality issues, fed it back to their supplier and delivered a new bunch that day. My wife and I were thrilled. Great customer services.

Really crap went in to get flowers stood there for 10 minutes then got asked if I needed help and i asked to make a flower pack and they said no, surely it doesn’t take more than 10 mins to tie some flowers together for a customer who has gone out his way and driven to your specific shop and is in front of you in the shop doesn’t matter if your busy surely u make time for your customers, they don’t care about customers and they should put a sign up saying can’t buy flowers at this flower shop if they are not willing to sell ... read more
