Been here twice before and was wondering why the reviews were so low. I was actually gonna give 5 stars after my third appointment because I thought they were pretty good. I came in today and was sent a text to check in on my phone and sit down, without talking to the front desk. I decided to wait in the car because the waiting room was realy full and there was a que countdown through the check in website on my phone. I came back into the office after 1 hour. The service by most of the GPs here are disgraceful especially Gracy. They showed no care or interest in my concerns, basically just couldn't wait for me to get out of the room. I was sitting there not knowing if the consult was over so I asked and was told without her looking at me that it was done. So I just got up and left.
Best receptionist team ever! So helpful and they all go above and beyond for all patients. Dr Mikhail and Dr Gracy are very knowledgeable and reliable doctors!
This doctor surgery is a joke. They don’t value your time at all. So unless you set a side the entire morning, don’t bother going. Dr Gracy Nakhla books her first patient in at 0900 and then doesn’t arrive until after 0930. This has happened far too many times. If you can’t get to work before 0900, book your first appointment later on in the day. DO BETTER!
