Not sure of Dr. Kim himself as we didn't even make it that far. But his receptionist is the absolute worst! Made it out to be our fault for our appointment being moved up a day, and the only one they told was our doctor who is extremely busy. When asked why they didn't reach out to us directly, she said snarkily that they can't waste their time on patients. Lol that is literally your business. Dr Kim and his staff are awesome. Very professional. Having read through the other reviews where the author mentions he is dismissive, I have never found Dr Kim to be dismissive and he always listens to my concerns. There is a difference between dismissive and focused. Dr Kim is a very busy man with a large caseload. He knows his stuff and gets to the point quickly because other patients are waiting and he wants to help all of his patients. I'd give Dr Kim and his staff 10 stars if I could. July 17, 2023 When discharged from the Abbotsford Regional Hospital ER on June 25, I was given instructions to wait for an appointment from Dr Edward Kim's office. After three weeks, I received no call so I contacted Dr Kim's office this afternoon (ie July 17). I explained to the secretary the purpose of my call. It didn't take a minute for the secretary to check my information.
