Never made it pass the switchboard. My physician left the practice and I asked if there were any doctor who would take new patients. I did stress that it was "only" for a yearly visit. ONE VISIT A YEAR. The woman who answered the phone said NO and hung up. What a way to treat people - and former patients!!! I don't think that the doctors or the practice manager care! At all.
The front desk staff at this location is absolutely horrible. They have an attitude and are rude. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and was told that they don't have any availability for me to be seen for the next two weeks - even though I'm supposed to be seen on a weekly basis at this point. Every time I have an appointment I wait at a minimum 45 minutes to be seen. Last week it was over an hour. I'm not sure what is going on with this location or the practice in general but this is unacceptable.

Dr. Wolfgram is gentle, kind and smart. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an OBGYN.
