Everyone is always nice.
Troy is excellent but his office staff treats patients like they are an inconvenience and can downright rude. This is a more recent situation. A few years ago they were very kind, encouraging and helpful.
The doctor is knowledgeable and encouraging. He takes a lot of time to talk to you in the first appointment. But the he (hence the office staff) is super strict with appointment early arrival times. And, if you don’t lose weight, the doctor may question why you are there, and suggest that you don’t come back. This office is good for patients who prefer a strict style in their care. Instead I recommend St Elizabeth Fort Thomas weight management office, where the doctor is more caring and flexible.
