Rude office manager. Impossible to reach physician (7-day turnaround time for a return call and per physician “that’s reasonable”). Took 12 days to call my dad w/a very abnormal lab result. Doesn’t care if my elderly, immunocompromised father can afford medications… stated “that’s an administrative problem. Not mine.”
