First, we never at any time did we correspond with an Edward. Only some Jae person. They ended up increasing our auto insurance two times with no warning or explanation. The second increase was when they added a family member who no longer lived with us and had her insurance through another provider to our policy. They said we had to provide documentation of this, which we did. They continued to ask for more documentation. Tried scheduling a meeting with Ed, only to be contacted by some lady in his office, who told me that "Ed was on his way to florida". That will be the third time i've heard "he's not available, as he's on his way to florida". I was talked over, talked down to, and generally ignored with every question I asked. The lady emailed me some news article detailing the RECENT rate increases, but couldn't answer as to why my rates have increased every renewal since 2021.
